As part of dealing with a chronic condition, a one-time incident, or as part of a complete health care routine, Chiropractic treatments are incredibly useful in keeping a healthy body.

For many conditions, such as lower back pain, chiropractic care is frequently the primary method of treatment. Our office is conveniently located on Weston Road in Woodbridge, Ontario to help serve the Woodbridge, Vaughan, and surrounding areas.

Manual lymphatic drainage is extremely beneficial for individuals who have undergone cancer care, lymphedema, surgeries, as well as for reduction in inflammation and toxins, water retention, bloating, irritable bowel syndrome, fibromyalgia, increasing better digestion, and calming down the nervous system.
It is highly recommended for individuals who are feeling tired or puffy, in need of boosting the immune system, and speeding up healing. Overall, manual lymphatic drainage is suitable for anyone aiming to improve their overall health.

The Vodder technique that Beata uses for lymphatic drainage is a gentle method consisting of rhythmical and precise movements that are applied to specific areas of the body to aid in collecting and moving lymphatic fluid. Its main goal is to stimulate the lymph glands, guiding the lymphatic fluid back to the circulatory system, helping to flush out fluid excess and waste.BEFORE BOOKING YOUR LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE TREATMENT…..

Please keep in mind lymphatic drainage is contraindicated when experiencing
Infections
open wounds
thrombosis
high blood pressure

The Triton laser hair removal system by InMode is designed to provide effective and efficient hair reduction results. It combines three different laser wavelengths (Nd:YAG, Alexandrite, and Diode) in a single device, allowing for customizable treatment options based on the patient's skin type, hair color, and hair thickness.

The use of multiple wavelengths enables the Triton system to target a wide range of hair colors and types, including light, dark, fine, and coarse hair. This makes it suitable for a broader range of patients compared to devices that use only one laser wavelength.

In addition to its versatility, the Triton system incorporates advanced cooling technology to enhance patient comfort during the treatment. The device utilizes a sapphire cooling tip that cools the skin before, during, and after each laser pulse, minimizing discomfort and reducing the risk of skin damage.

Furthermore, the Triton system is equipped with a large treatment spot size and high repetition rate, allowing for faster treatment sessions and improved efficiency.

It's important to note that while the Triton laser hair removal system by InMode offers advanced features and benefits, the effectiveness and suitability of the treatment may vary depending on individual factors such as skin type, hair color, and hair thickness. Consulting with a qualified healthcare professional or dermatologist is recommended to determine if Triton laser hair removal is suitable for your specific needs and to discuss expected outcomes.

Lumecca IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) is a non-invasive cosmetic treatment that uses broad-spectrum light to address various skin concerns. It is a type of photofacial treatment that can improve the appearance of pigmentation irregularities, such as sun damage, age spots, vascular lesions, and certain types of redness on the skin.

During a Lumecca IPL treatment, a handheld device is used to deliver intense pulses of light to the targeted areas of the skin. The light energy is absorbed by the pigmented cells or blood vessels, causing them to heat up and eventually be destroyed. This process helps to reduce the appearance of pigmentation issues, such as sunspots or freckles, as well as vascular lesions like spider veins or rosacea.

Lumecca IPL treatments are typically quick and relatively comfortable, with minimal downtime. The number of sessions required may vary depending on the specific concerns being addressed and the individual's skin condition. Most patients require a series of treatments, usually spaced a few weeks apart, to achieve optimal results.

Dina Ibrahim has always been interested in alternative health since her early years studying kinesiology and health sciences during her undergraduate degree at York University. Kinesiology was what first opened Dina’s eyes to a different way of bringing health to the human body. After graduating from kinesiology she worked at a number of multi-dispensary clinics alongside physiotherapists and massage therapists for over 2 years. During those years she worked one-on-one with many different patients providing strengthening exercises and placing them on various modalities. Dina began to notice that each individual was unique and no two individuals could follow the same program. This is when she realized she wanted to do more for patients other than providing exercise programs, which is what lead her to continue her education in Osteopathy. Dina graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy and has been practicing osteopathic manual therapy on a variety of cases such as musculoskeletal disorders, bone alignments, soft tissue disorder, joint and ligamentous strains as well as nerve entrapment. Osteopathy is an integrative health therapy taking into consideration all the systems in the body and providing gentle manipulation to restore motion and health in the body.
